PARTICIPATION FORM
The booth is provided on a complimentary basis as recognition of the Sponsor’s contribution to the community.
Sponsor agrees to attend and actively participate during expo hours. Booth setup and takedown must be completed within timelines shared by the CHILL Act Event Team.
Sponsor agrees to maintain a welcoming, inclusive environment at their booth in alignment with CHILL Act’s mission.
Vendor Discipline & Conduct
Sponsor must ensure professional conduct of all representatives at the booth.
Booth areas must be kept clean, safe, and family-friendly at all times.
No disruptive behavior, unapproved product sales, or activities outside of the booth area are permitted.
All flyers, brochures, banners, or promotional items displayed at the booth must be pre-approved designs provided by the Sponsor.
Any additional signage, displays, or AV usage must be coordinated with CHILL Act Event Management in advance.
Sponsor agrees to follow all venue safety rules and regulations, as well as CHILL Act’s event policies.
Any equipment brought by the Sponsor must meet venue compliance standards (electrical, fire safety, etc.).
Sponsor grants CHILL Act permission to use booth photos, logos, and participation highlights for event promotions, press releases, and recap materials.
Sponsor agrees to acknowledge CHILL Act in any press or community communications related to their booth participation.
Sponsor agrees to share the event on their official social media channels (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) at least two times before the event date.
Sponsor agrees to tag and mention CHILL Act’s official handles to maximize reach and engagement.
Sponsor is encouraged to continue engagement by posting booth highlights during or after the expo.
